Turning heads, winning minds

Amped is Zoom Media’s new brand for digital screens in gym networks across the UK and the continent. The team came up with the name and our dear friend Paul Evans developed a powerful positioning, revolving around the AMP-system of Attention – Mindset – Performance.

So far, so good. Celta stepped in to create a compelling brand that would really stand out in the crowd. More than just a fresh coat of paint; a visual identity capable of matching the high-octane environment of modern fitness hubs.

The wordmark does the heavy lifting. Thoughtfully designed and slightly slanted in a forward motion, it reflects pure athletic drive. The high-contrast black and orange colour palette creates instant recognition, while the bold Suprapower SE typeface speaks to the audience in a clear, uncompromising voice.
The imagery brings even more energy through a layered photography strategy, characterised by motion blur and vivid colours, that fuses focus and flexibility. This is where human experience meets digital performance.
To ensure even the smallest visual assets feel uniquely “Amped”, we developed a mathematical blueprint for custom iconography based on the logo’s geometry.
